User Agreement

The following user agreement regulates the terms of purchase of PIN codes online through Phonecards.se. By purchasing from us you accept and approve of the following terms and conditions. Phonecards.se reserves the right to change prices and terms of purchase without prior notification. It is therefore important that you acquaint yourself with our user agreement before using our services.

Payment and delivery

When you have chosen the card you wish to buy, proceed by clicking the ‘add to cart’ button and the card is then placed in your shopping cart. You can then choose if you want to buy another card or proceed to checkout. The next step is to enter your email address, as Phonecards.se delivers the PIN code directly to your email address. At the cashier you simply click on the Paynova button and a new Paynova window will open. Through Paynova you can pay safe and secure directly online. For more information on how Paynova works click here. When we have received confirmation from Paynova that your payment is accepted, we send the PIN code to the email address you have provided us. Note: make sure the email entered by you is correct. The whole process takes only a couple of minutes at the most.

Card and prices

All prises are including VAT. Under no circumstances Phonecards.se and its holding company ‘Telmar Handelsbolag’ can not be made liable for losses or damages arising from any errors, mistake, omission, interruption or delay in the course of establishing, furnishing, changing or terminating any service or sale of a particular card provided through this website, or for accuracy or completeness of any information provided in this website. Phonecards.se reserves the right to change card prices and terms and conditions of sale without any prior notice.

Rates

All information on rates for different cards and their local, free, or mobile number is provided by the telecom carrier/service provider of that particular card. Phonecards.se at all times strives to present correct and updated information about all cards sold through this site, but Phonecards.se cannot guarantee the accuracy of the information. Phonecards.se cannot be held liable for any transaction carried out by you based on the information presented on this website.

Exchange and return

If you experience a problem while using your card or if you are not satisfied with the card you bought, you should get in touch with the service provider of the card. Every card has a customer service number that you receive with your PIN code. Phonecards.se does not refund on already delivered PIN codes. If you experience problems buying or paying for a card please do not hesitate to contact Phonecards.se customer service through email, support@phonecards.se.

Arbitration

At the first instance, the parties directly involved in the trade, i.e. the buyer and Phonecards.se, shall settle any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement. In the event it is not possible, the disputes will be settled in the Swedish courts.
