  How do I search for a phone card?
Searching for a phone card at Phonecards.se is a very easy and simple process. There are a couple of ways you can search for a phone card.

One way to find a phone card is to click on the Cards tab that you can find in the top menu on each page. In our Cards page you will find all the cards available on our website and just click and pick your favourite card.

Another way to find a phone card is to click on the Rates tab that you can find next to the Cards tab in the top menu on each page. Just choose what calling device you will be using, whether you’re using a local telephone or your mobile phone and then the country and/or city you wish to call and press search. The following page will display the best rates/cards available to call your destination. Here you can click and select the card you wish to buy.

  How do I buy / order a phone card?
Searching and buying a phone card at Phonecards.se is a very easy and simple process.

These are the steps involved:
1- Choose the card type you want to buy as mentioned in the above question.
2- Click on "add to cart" button and add that card to your shopping basket.
3- Repeat no. 1 and 2 if you want to buy another card type or more than one card.
4- When you are ready to pay click on "Go to Checkout".
5- Fill in your email and click on "Continue".
6- Check your order information and click on "To Paynova".
7- A new window with your Paynova wallet will open, where you can enter your Paynova username and password and make your payment.
8- When your payment is confirmed (it takes less than 1 minute) you will get the PIN code and access number details you need to make your call, in the email you provided during the buying process.

  What is connection fee and how does it work?
Connection fee is charged each time you use the card and the call is connected. It varies between 0.25 öre to as high as 1 kr and is deducted from the available minutes. The easiest way to evaluate whether a cheaper phone card with connection fee is worthwhile or not compared to an expensive one without connection fee is to estimate the average time for your phone calls.

It's better to use a phone card without connection fee if you are not sure the person you are calling is there, and the phone call may trigger an answer machine. Phone cards with high connection fee is good for the case when you know your party is there and you intend to talk for a long time. The Phone card company assumes that you will use the whole card with one call; based on that one call the card gives you the number of minutes available for that call.

  For how long is my card valid?
Every Phone Card has a different expiry date. You can find the expiry date for your card by clicking on the particular card at our website and it is provided under the title ‘Card Info’. But it usually expires in 3-6 months after first use

  How do I know how many minutes are left on the card?
Each time you make a call, the system tells you how many minutes are left on the card.

  How can I order cards you don’t sell?
If there are any cards which you would like us to sell on our website, please feel free to send us a suggestion at support@phonecards.se. We will try our best to include the card in our store.

  Why should I register with your site?
There are two major benefits of registering with us. Firstly, when you register with us, you create an account with us, which monitors all the transactions you carry out at our website. Thus if you loose your PIN code, you can email us to get the PIN code again, as we keep details of all our members cards. Also when you buy all your emails are sent to your registered email address, thus eliminating the risk of sending to a wrong/misspelled address. Other benefits include, you are eligible to participate in monthly lucky draws, and for exclusive benefits and promotions targeted towards members.

  What if I don't get my PIN in the email?
If you don't receive an email with the PIN code, it can be due to various reasons, for example your email account was full and the email was bounced back, or due to some technical difficulty with our server. In such a case, simply send us an email at support@phonecards.se, and we will send you the email with PIN code immediately.

  I lost my PIN. How do I get it back?
Simply send us an email at support@phonecards.se with your email which you gave for delivery, card name and the date of purchase and if possible the order number. And we will send your PIN back immediately. Note we can only provide this service for purchases not older than one month

  I forgot my password, how can I find it?
In case you lost your password, just go to our website and enter your email and click on ‘Forgot PWD’ and we will send your password to your email.
